So in the end
I’ll be what I will be
No loyal friend
Was ever there for me
Now we say goodbye
We say you didn’t try
These tears you cry
Have come too late
Take back the lies
The hurt, the blame
And you will weep
When you face the end alone
You are lost, you can never go home
ENDLESS LIST OF FAVOURITE FILMS: Stardust (2007)
↳ “A philosopher once asked, “Are we human because we gaze at the stars, or do we gaze at them because we are human?” Pointless, really… “Do the stars gaze back?” Now that’s a question.”
this movie is the shit
friend: promise you won't tell anyone

Emily Vancamp as Sharon Carter in “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”
Here’s an example of what we call a “soft no”. Sharon turns down Steve’s offer in a way that’s meant not to insult him but never actually uses the word “no”.
Steve clearly gets the message, though, and importantly offers to leave her alone. Sharon’s comment afterwards gives him an opportunity to try again later, but he doesn’t press and respects her rejection of his company even though it’s probably hurt his feelings a bit.
Just in case you ever wonder “What would Captain America do?”; there you go.
never do something steve rogers wouldn’t do.
Unless it’s jumping out of a plane without a parachute, you probably shouldn’t do that

His and Her Royal Highness
Is this real?
No, it’s a mass hallucination on the part of American children of the ’90s.
(Or a 1995 made-for-TV version of Rogers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, if you prefer.)
This is the best version of Cinderella and if anyone tries to argue with me there will be blood.
